Please let me know how to get ahold of a customer service rep. My bank account was been charged approx 7 days ago(and is every 90 days) for $15.99 but I have received no product

I don’t know what product you purchased or who it was purchased from. This site does not see the names of any visitors (unless they leave a comment) nor do we see any details of purchasers (like names and purchase details) made after a visitor clicks on a link and leaves this site.
My best suggestion, if you don’t know the name of the site where you purchased the product, is to contact your bank and ask then to refuse any further payments.
